Grant Performance Reports Each year, the Behavior and Reading Improvement Center (BRIC) submitted a Grant Performance Report (GPR) to demonstrate the progress that was made toward meeting its objectives and the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) program performance indicators. These reports summarize the work that was completed and the activities that remained for subsequent project years.
