All
hotel accommodations and meals will be provided free
of charge by JSHS sponsors for registered teachers and
students; however, teachers must arrange for transportation
for themselves and their students to and from UNC, Charlotte, NC.

Chaperonage  |
|
It is the responsibility of
each teacher to supervise his or her own students. This
includes assuring that all students attend all sessions.
Our objective is to provide a positive educational
experience for all participants. If disruptive behavior
should arise, the chaperones and staff will make appropriate
decisions
for the benefit of all participants.

| Meals will be provided free of charge by JSHS sponsors for registered teachers and students. |

Program
Dress  |
|
The
program dress is comfortable and casual.
Participants dress professionally for the student paper and poster competition.

Travel |
|
All

students; however, teachers must arrange for transportation for
themselves and their students to and from UNC,
Charlotte, NC. Hotel information will be communicated to
teachers via mail the week of January 28th.
Teachers
attending the two-day North Carolina JSHS will receive 1.0
license renewal credits.

Parking |
|
The 2008 event will be held in
the campus of UNC Charlotte. Parking will be
available at UNC Charlotte's Cone Center Visitors Parking Deck (Campus Map).
