CE3 - Curiosity and Excitement in Engineering & Earth Systems Science
Deadline for Registration is February 25, 2013. Registration is free but there is an option to purchase a daily box lunch -payment check payable to UNC Charlotte must be mailed by February 27, 2013.
Educators are invited to register for 1, 2 or all 3 days of workshop training. Attendees can earn between 6 to 18 hours towards continuing education units.

Program Schedule. Daily Registration begins at 8:00 am in the Lucas Room, Cone University Center. The Daily Opening Sessions begin at 8:50 am in the Lucas Room, Cone Universtiy Center. Breakout sessions will run 9:30 - 10:50; 11:00 - 12:20; and 1:30 - 2:50. If you ordered a box lunch these will be located in the Lucas Room, Cone University Center at 12:30 pm each day. NASA continues to blend Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) using Education resources related to current and future missions. This is an oppurtunity to discover the learning potential in trying new approches to the seemingly difficult or impossible. The workshops will explore engineering design challenges, problem-based learning activities, distance-learning modules, inquiry-based lessons, and hands-on projects.
