To date, meta-analytic methods of research have required the usage of isolated
statistical programs or custom coding in mainstream applications such as SAS or
SPSS to analyze the data. Comprehensive Meta Analysis Software (CMA) by BioStat offers an easy-to-learn and use spreadsheet-like
interface to enter, analyze and report the data from multiple studies.
The software allows meta-analytic methods to be accessible to the needs
of the researcher, academician and student and is available in various
configurations as well as trial and student versions. The poster
presentation will include screen-shots of the interface with an example of a
meta-analysis along with standard reports and graphics and a comparison of the
product with other analysis tools.
