Education faculty member named Cone Early-Career Professor

A $2,000,000 bequest, the largest single donation to the College of Education at UNC Charlotte, was announced on May 3 by Chancellor Philip L. Dubois at a celebration of the College of Education’s 40th anniversary.

Diane M. Browder, Lake and Edward J. Snyder, Jr., Distinguished Professor of Special Education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, received the O. Max Gardner Award today (Friday, April 8) from the Board of Governors of the multi-campus University of North Carolina.
