Registration

 

Registration:  To register for the McLeod Institute Conference please provide the information requested below.  Payment in full must be received on or before May 1, 2008.  A $30 administrative fee will be charged for registration received after May 1.  We are happy to accept an agency purchase order or official  letter for the balance of payment; however, a $50 deposit must accompany all registrations to reserve your place at the Institute.  The confirmation page and registration fee(s) (see below for registration amounts) should be mailed to the address listed below on this form.  Checks and money orders are the only accepted forms of payment by mail.  All student participants are free (unless you want course credit from the university), but are still requested to pre-register.

 

Parking:  Park in the visitor's parking section of the Union Parking Deck, across from the College of Education Building (please see campus map).  You are subject to being ticketed if you park in non-visitor, designated lots. 

 

Lunch:  You are responsible for your lunch, however, due to time constraints, you may want to eat on campus.
