The UNC Charlotte Center for Play Therapy is pleased to announce its 2nd annual institute from June 23-27, 2008 at the UNC Charlotte Health and Human Services Building. Dr. Garry Landreth, University of North Texas Regents Professor and Author, will present on Monday, June 23 and Tuesday, June 24, “Healing the Hurting Child: The Necessary Dimensions of Child Centered Play Therapy.” Dr. Elaine Wittmann, UNC Charlotte Professor, will conduct her presentation and training on Wednesday, June 25 entitled, “There is a Sand Box in the Playroom! Using Sand Play in Play Therapy.” Dr. Phyllis Post will conduct an Intensive Supervision in Play Therapy for future counselors from Wednesday, June 25 through Friday, June 27. |
