The Multicultural Play Therapy Center at UNC Charlotte is pleased to announce its 5th annual conference from June 25-28, 2012in the UNC Charlotte College of Health and Human Services Building, Room 155. 

This event targets mental health therapists, K-12 counselors, and professional school counselors for development in play therapy skills.  This year’s presentations include: Theraplay®: An Attachment-Based Play Therapy by Ms. Phyllis Booth; Ethical Decision-Making in Play Therapy: Models and Applications by Dr. Jeff Ashby; and Understanding the Role of Play in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy by Ms. Angie Nance.
