            We are a learning centered community with a common vision that supports the integrated learning and development of p-12 students, candidates, and PDS partners.

           We encourage accountability, both to ourselves and to the public, and accept responsibility for student learning through continuous examination of best practices that encourage inquiry-based practice and reflection.

            We are committed to designing roles and structures that engage us in interdependent and shared practice and work to improve outcomes for P-12 students, candidates, faculty, and professionals

4.       Equity and Diversity

         We are dedicated to upholding policies and practices that result in equitable learning outcomes for all PDS participants.

5.       Structures, Resources, and Roles

           We are committed to ensuring programs, structures, and resources to support the continuous renewal and the improvement of all PDS participants, including P-12 students, candidates, members of the school-based university-based community, and to support the PDS sites and the university as a whole.
