The History Channel links people of all ages to noteworthy historical events and biographical information. You can browse through the descriptions of History Channel shows and decide which ones sound interesting to you, then check out the scheduling information to find out exactly when they air. If you've heard about a special program, you can search the Channel to find it. Click on hyperlinks and you may join a debate by finding a topic listed or posting a topic of your own. There are also resources and study guides for teachers while and event calendars listing seminars, workshops, lectures, plays, and celebrations of history taking place throughout the USA.  You can also track news from the past by typing in the day and month you were born to find out specific historical events that occurred, songs that were chart stoppers, and other famous folk who were born on your birthday. Type in a friend's birthday and month and print it out for a great birthday card or gift.

Click the Natural History index for other services or check out the American Memory National Digital Library to browse collections of American memorabilia or National Geographic for a world of great information.
