Emily Wagoner ’14 Named Cabarrus County Schools Teacher of the Year
Cato College of Education alumna Emily Wagoner is the 2019-2020 Cabarrus County Teacher of the Year. Wagoner, who earned a dual degree in special education and elementary education in 2014, was presented the award in a suprise ceremony in her front lawn. She is a third-grade teacher at R. Brown McAllister Elementary, and was the youngest of five nominees.
